I have really enjoyed Traci Hunter Abramson's books, but especially her Saint Squad books. Freefall is the starting point of this series and Abramson does a fabulous job of using her government background to create a scenario that is just scary enough that I found myself watching the news wondering if any of this could really happen.
Abramson is definitely rising to the top of the LDS fiction writers.

I started to read this book and quickly got bored. How do two people who have never met but are supposedly "good looking" all of the sudden are in love that cannot be contained, while trying to get out of a terrorist state? Totally unreal! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Freefall is absolutely amazing! Once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. It was packed with both romance and action. It is one of the best books ever written!

Brent Miller and his four Navy Seal Teammates work together to rescue 7 hostages in the Middle East, then by an accident, he and Amy Whitworth, a senator's daughter, are left behind, so they need to find their own way out by depending on each other for survival. They use every means of survival. After being rescued, and then being protected by the Secret Service, as there've been biological weapons being planted in cities around the world, the Team, with Amy's assistance, tries to thwart the terrorists. When there's a leak close to the senator, Brent and his team snuff out the culprit. Learning about the ways of a Navy Seal makes for interesting reading. If you like twists and turns with some humor tucked in, you'll want to run to your nearest LDS bookstore to buy this page-turner.

A new star is on the rise. Traci Hunter Abramson captures your attention from the first line of Freefall and the action kept me turning pages late into the night. The romance is interwoven into the action so well that it's difficult to determine what drives the story more. , Freefall is an action-packed adventure that steps beyond traditional LDS fiction. This is a novel that can be enjoyed by all, LDS and non-LDS alike.
