I like the almost opposite way of looking at what we need to do...Don't Worry about your Weaknesses, Don't try to get motivated to Exercise...sounds backward but it sure does make sense. Really. Don't worry about your weaknesses, work on your strengths, don't wait for motivation, get started, and don't wait for friends to come to you...reach out and be a friend first...they will find you. Sound advice to becoming proactive and positive instead of dwelling on the negatives and waiting for whatever it is, to come along. I like this book, can you tell? Be a great gift for a graduate, a good friend, anyone with feelings of inadequacy and anyone who's looking to making changes in their lives, which is just about anyone, and everyone.
