This is a darling book with such a fun concept of planting crayons and wondering about the colored objects that might pop up. The author uses colors to tie together gospel-themed objects from a missionary tie to the brass plates and the color of the temple. I think children will enjoy reading this book and using their imagination as they consider all the colors in the world around them.
My family loved the new book from Deanna Draper Buck! We have had her books in our home for years and enjoy them immensely. "If You Planted a Crayon What Would it Grow?" is a darling book with such cute pictures and questions! We have read it over and over since we got it and would recommend it to anyone!
I have 5 kids, they all loved it, the older ones had fun reading it to the younger ones. My 5 year old went out the next day and planted some crayons to see what would grow. The inclusion of gospel topics is fun and well tied together, but the kids loved all the things that would grow if they planted different crayons.
Excited to see another book from the "My First" series author. This is a fun book that is perfect to learn colors and discuss gospel topics. Perfect for my little children.
A unique presentation of gospel topics.
A fun and whimsical story! Sure to be a family favorite.
