"I am a huge fan of Travis Hansen! I loved the stories and wish I had read this twenty years ago! Every young man and woman would benefit from reading this book. Inspiring!"

There is a hero within every one of us. Including you.
Life can be hard. With all the choices that we face — especially during those formative teen years — it can often feel overwhelming. Sometimes we make the right choices; sometimes we don't. Former BYU and NBA basketball player Travis Hansen has been there, done that.
In his book, The New Few Years Will Change Your Life, Travis speaks candidly and openly to teens, offering counsel, encouragement, and direction. Using his own life experiences from both on and off the court. Hansen teaches us the valuable life lessons he's learned about overcoming mistakes and avoiding addictions as well as how to set goals and build faith in the Savior. Included in the book is a goal-setting workbook that encourages us to answer vital and personal questions, create a plan, set our goals, and find the hero within each of us.
"I am convinced, beyond a doubt, there is a hero that lies within every one of us, a person that can make a difference in this world every day in countless ways," writes Travis. "Many of us hide that power. We need to find it." It is possible to realize our dreams, find out who we truly are, and become the hero God knows we can be.

my son attended Travis' Little Heroes basketball camp for the last few years and it was so amazing. They are so good with the kids and teach them more than just basketball. I love that they have a service project too - very cute.
Can't wait to read this book and give it to my son for Christmas!!

Had no idea he wrote a book - I will be the first in line to get it. Loved watching him play at BYU and admire all he has done since.
