The debut EP, Miracle, shares a message for those looking for hope and light in a world that sometimes feels bleak. Nik hopes that "people will feel a deeper connection with God when they listen to these new songs."
I love this CD so much that I play it repeatedly and daily - my only complaint is that it is so short! But at least it leaves me wanting more! “Bring You Home” reminds us that each of us has been the lost lamb and was the first I shared on Facebook. I could go on about each song but will let you explore yourself. Each listen ends with “I will think about your mercy and ponder on your love” - what better thoughts to help you go out and live the Gospel! Thank you Brother Day. You are a shining light in this dreary world.
This CD is incredibly good! Nik has a great voice that is easy to listen to. His music seems like it would appeal to a wide variety of people, from young to old. I am excited to hear more from Nik in the future!
I am not always a huge fan of LDS music as it can be really cheesy, but I feel like Nik did an amazing job of writing songs that convey great messages but aren't cheesy. His style is nice and laid-back and it fits in with the type of music I already listen to. I feel like this is an album I can listen to any day of the week and feel uplifted. He is very talented and I look forward to more music from him in the future.
I had the chance to hear Nik's album early, and I absolutely love it. The sound is cool and modern, but the lyrics are what make this music really stand out. I can put this album on repeat with friends and family, young and old, and everyone gets into it! It's uplifting, fun, and great music for any day of the week!
