Wonderful Collection!

This amazing book is a large (I mean --HUGE) compilation of the talks of President Monson. Torn between reading is as a novel or using it as a reference was a challenge. I haven't finished it yet...it will probably take me months it is so much and requires pondering and study. I found myself thumbing through it to find topics that were of interest to me and reading through those before moving on to another topic. It is like having one-on-one talks with the Prophet! Wow!

The book is divided into 2 major sections. The first section is filled with major general conference addresses that President Monson has delivered since becoming the President of the Church. The second section are additional addresses, grouped thematically, that have been given by the prophet through his 50 year ministry.

An impressive collection that is a MUST for any LDS families library. I have no doubt that I will be referencing this often while teaching in my callings, for family home evening, and to enhance my own personal study of gospel principles and teachings of the Prophet.

Outstanding opportunity to have the entire collection of our Prophet's sermons since he assumed leadership of the church in one volume. Thanks to D.B. for making this available in both print and eMedia. "Come Listen to a Prophet's Voice" and hear (or in this case read) the words of God. Dr. J.J. - Seattle
