I love watching BYU TV's Studio C. They puts on a great show that entertains a wide range of ages. The skits are witty and LOL funny! Love having a fun clean comedy to enjoy.

I love Studio C for many reasons. Every sketch is clean, brilliantly written, and does not stoop to crudeness for the punchline. Studio C takes human nature and exposes it in an exaggerated yet very true way, showing the behaviors, experiences, and reactions that we all share. One can see from watching the show that the cast all love each other, and love what they’re doing. They are happy people. It’s a bonus that the show is funny. In a world where lewdness is becoming normal, and morals are being swept under the house, Studio C stands as a shining example of goodness and happiness. It stands as the reminder of what sketch comedy used to be like in the Golden Age of television.

Having been created by BYUtv, it was surprising the essence of these comedic sketches were not overladen with religious undertones. BYU Broadcasting and former students have successfully created a television show fit for national audiences.
Anyone from any Faith can watch this comedy group and feel uplifted having been reminded that humor does not have to originate from the gutter nor does it have to be writhing with sexual innuendos. This is simply clean humor which is sadly uncommon in our society today.
The DVDs are quality recordings worthy as gifts. And, the bonus material (particularly the season 2 outtake material) is just as entertaining as the completed sketches.
Studio C is appropriate for family viewing. However, younger children may not understand some of the references if they are unfamiliar with movie characters such as Doby or Snape (Harry Potter), James Bond, or Gollum (Lord of the Rings).
The fledgling writers and performers in this show are just developing their careers and should be counted among those to watch in the future as they continue to refine their talents. Whitney, Mallory, Jason, and Matt are only going to get better from here!
