I had an investigator and a newly baptized member in to my house and the missionaries showed this video to them. Wow! I loved it! Not only was it taken from 3 Nephi 11, which was the first part of the Book of Mormon, which, when first reading it, reduced me to tears, but it is gorgeous visually. The comparison of events in Jerusalem with the simultaneous events in the Americas was extremely well done and instructive. Thank you to whomever created this. Absolutely beautiful and essential to a gospel library.
I watched this first in Utah and the theatre where they used to show Legacy. I always end up crying because the spirit is so strong! Great movie. I love it!
What a wonderful work! I've seen this video multiple times and the message it carries is powerful. I never fail to cry. It helps me realize how much Christ really does love us.
I don't know anyone who has watched this movie without getting a little tear in their eye at the end.

I watched this movie before I even realized that I was investigating the church. It touched me so much! I cried. It was a turning point for me to understand that I might really be interested in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This movie has action and has a wonderful meaning! For this price, it would be a great addition to your family collection.

Outstanding DVD on the life of Christ, including his visit to the Americas after his resurrection. Wonderful for family night, Sundays, or anytime you wish to feel the spirit. This DVD should be in every LDS home.
This movie continues to strengthen the knowledge we have of the coming of our Savior to the Americas. For those who haven't seen it--must! This movie does a great job of depicting what life might have been like and how events might have occurred for those living at the time of Christ's visit, making it easier for the viewer to put themselves in the shoes of those who lived during Christ's time.

After growing up watching poorly made 'church films' that looked like littlke more than after-school projects for BYU students seeking some part-time extra cash, to see both LEGACY and THE TESTAMENTS is indeed both inspiring very spiritually rewarding!
Beginning with Stewart Petersen in The First Vision, the Church has made significant strides in film production, and can now compete with the best Hollywood has to offer.
The purpose and mission of this film to teach, uplift and inspire was more than fulfilled here. Through the magic of cinema combined with effective storytelling, we find ourselves being transported back in time, to where we feel that we are not only among them, but also being one of, and one with them as each of seek to better know the Savior and not just know ABOUT Him.
Such is the beauty of effective film making, and it such that allows us to gain a better glimpse of who we may become.
Well worth seeing many times over, and adding to your personal library like I and so many others did.

Amazing I first saw this movie in the St. George Temply visiting center and the spirit you feel while you watch it is awe-inspiring. This movie helps you connect to what it must have felt like during those times to be a Nephite and what you would have seen and heard when the savior was resurrected. Amazing Movie everyone should see it. Don't forget the Kleenex you will need lots of it and Guys don't be afraid to cry being sensitive isn't a bad thing.
I first saw this film in Kirtland. It was an awesome experience. When I saw it available on line I had to get it to show my wife and Children. It is an amazing movie that truly touches you. I am the Branch Preisdent here and I was able to use it for a Branch Youth Fireside a couple of weeks ago and had an overwhelming response. I have sat and watched it over and over and everytime it has brought me to tears. I love this movie and the way that it makes me feel.The Spirit is very strong and the message is clear. Great, Great Film!!!
Very wonderful film! I've seen it about three times, and each time it has brought me to tears. I'm so glad this has 'finally' come out on DVD!
