Product Description

Have you ever wondered what might have happened to the gold, frankincense, and myrrh that were given to the baby Jesus by the three wise men? This beautifully illustrated book weaves a compelling tale that begins with the wise men's visit to Mary. Years later, the Holy Family finds the blessing in each gift when they are forced to flee to Egypt, when Jesus is found at the temple during Passover, and finally at the Garden Tomb. The Three Gifts is a wonderful little Christmas story about those gifts given by the Magi.

I picked this book up by accident, and couldn't put it down after that. I'm so glad I stumbled upon it. This is the best Christmas book I've ever read. The story is creative but bears an awesome testimony of the Savior, and the illustrations are fantastic

Very enjoyable!

I appreciate the way in which the author helps us reflect on the true mission of the wisemen. I think this book would definitely be a great addition to your Christmas library. Great for all ages!

No Moral to the story

Not sure why this book was released for publishing. The author made up a story with no scriptural backup for her imaginations on what could have happened to the gifts given by the Wisemen. Other than giving the reason each gift was used by the Holy Family, there was not a moral to the story or any other reason given as to why the book was written. I guess the book is about service being a good idea. It's an okay story, that's it. Good imagination for the author. I guess I'm happy for the author for getting it published.
