I love this artist and her work. So, this book was a joy and delight to read and look at. I appreciated having the scriptures for references to the wonderful paintings in the books. Such a delight.
This book beautifully and simply illustrates the plan of salvation through the use of scriptures and paintings. I found the book to be thoroughly enjoyable and gorgeous. The paintings are touching and almost glow which suits the feel of the book very well. The book moves through the main parts of the plan of salvation: pre-earth life, birth, life on earth, death, spirit world, resurrection and judgment and the three degrees of glory. I especially enjoyed the paintings showing joy (a family), the resurrection, and the Lord's work and the glory. A truly inspiring book that would work really well for a family home evening or church lesson. Highly recommended.
This book is beautiful! The art in it is just breath taking. Annie Henrie's faith and testimony are there in every brush stroke that she used to create this art work. The Plan of Salvation is laid out so simply, but so profoundly in the contents of this book. This would be a great book to share with your neighbors and friends to whom you would like to teach that great Plan. What a great missionary tool! I'm so glad that this book exists! I LOVED it! I can't even bring more words to describe how beautiful this book is!
