This was absolutely one of the most fantastic, uplifting, and inspiring books I've read in a while! Amanda has a way of suggesting simple ways you can improve your attitude that will change your life, and in turn, the lives of all those around you. I found myself guilty of a lot of her examples of negative thoughts, and I am so excited to be myself and to be happy!I even enjoyed mowing the lawn after reading this book!
