This book was exactly what I needed in my life right now! Thank you, Sister Dew for your inspired words.

I don't give 5 star reviews to everything...

I'm on my third time listening to this book and came back to purchase the e-book so I could just highlight all the quotes I want to revisit and let sink in. There are so many vital topics that she addresses in her book... Faith versus doubt, drawing close to the spirit, personal revelation. I listened to her devotional address given of the same title given at BYU I and shared it with many friends. I wasn't sure that the book would be worth purchasing because the devotional had so much in it. I'm so glad I bought the book and loved the additional insights and experiences shared. I hope she's working on her next book, because I really connect with how she shares the gospel.

Encouraging

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It has a good mix of stories, quotes, scriptures, and ideas. It is very motivational and encourages others to ask questions, seek for answers, and come closer to God.

This is the kind of book that strong believers love and want to get for their friends and family members who are going through a faith crisis, but to the one who is struggling, it is very disappointing. The author talks about her own struggles and gets your hopes up that the long-awaited answers you've been waiting for is coming, only to have her say you'll have to find out for yourself. Very frustrating and annoying to the one in the crisis.

Sorry

The book had some interesting points, but I felt it is more about the struggle the author had than answers for the reader.

I love Sheri Dew and have listened to most of her books. She seems very down to earth and talks in way that always gets to me. She's amazing and you won't be disappointed.

I just finished this book and can't wait to read it again. I have three college age children who I would love to have read this (as well as my other children). Great personal and scriptural experiences to teach how and why to strengthen our faith in the Savior and His gospel. Her message inspires one to have the determination to put forth the effort to gain the faith necessary to stand. I love how she always brings it home with basic, concrete, everyday application/ implementation. Wonderful!!

Absolutely life-changing

Sheri has a way of talking about hard and sensitive subjects with such approachability and honesty that you walk away from every book by her enlightened and motivated to continue and persevere. This is such a timely book for the difficult days we find ourselves in. I love the focus on the message that questions are good. Listening to her read the audiobook was an amazing experience!

Just when you think Sister Dew can't get better, she proves you wrong. Life gives us so many challenges and many questions that have no answers. Sister Dew's book can help readers gain peace and comfort as well as guidance in our search for answers and peace. Her writings and talks have made her one of my heroines. She hit the mark with her books on Grace and Women and the Priesthood. May she continue to address the issues we all face today!

Inspiration on every page!

This is one of my very favorite books. It is easy to read, yet very profound. I found something I wanted to mark and remember on every single page. Great for young people or anyone with questions! Questions are good!

I felt this book was good. I did struggled at the beginning for a little bit and I did feel the spirit in one spot where it talked about Nephi, I did feel the spirit tell me that, that was true.
My only annoyance was the constant word "Worth the Wrestle" or "Wrestle" I know it is the title, but it really got to be to much. Just about every page I flipped, there it was especially at the end.

But honestly it was good.book.

Loved it

I have Deseret Book Plus so I jumped at the chance to hear this book from Sheri Dew's lips. It's the best and I'm recommending it to friends who are having their own wrestles. (I also appreciate it for mine.) Thank you Sheri Dew for sharing your insights..

Awesomeness!

Stop reading all these reviews & just buy this book. It is hands-down one of my favorite LDS books. Very well written, honest & heartfelt. I bought copies for all my friends. If you are a seeker & have questions about the gospel.. this is your book. Wish I could thank Sheri Dew in person. Worth your time.

Worth the Reading

This is a book that makes you think. Everyone has questions and doubts about things in the Gospel and our own lives. Prayers are not always answered the way we think they should be and sometimes church policy or doctrine may not make sense to us. In this book Sheri Dew validates these feelings and then admonishes us to take them to the Lord. She also reminds us that the Lord wants to stretch us and sometimes that takes some deep spiritual work.

I highly recommend this book for anyone on this spiritual path --- at whatever place you are at.

Absolutely Incredible

I really enjoyed this book. Like, probably one of the very best I have ever read. Sheri Dew is incredible and has worked very hard in her life and it definitely shows. We might have to wrestle for a long time. We might have to work for the things we expect God to give us right now. And why wouldn’t we work? Why wouldn’t we push ourselves to our very best, be obedient and obey God’s timing? It’s so much easier said than done but I have experienced working hard and waiting on the Lord, and because of that, I have never been so happy.

I loved everything about this little book, the approach to questions we often have, the excellent quotes, her own experiences and the illustrations. And of course, how we can receive answers to our questions. It was excellent.
