You, Me, and We

This book revolutionized my views of sexuality in a really positive, respectful, sacred way. And unlike a lot of fluffy books, this one is specific enough that you come away actually knowing what to do to improve your sexual intimacy. I think this book would be helpful for anyone in a sexual relationship or preparing for a sexual relationship. From what I hear, Dr. Hughes is the most prominent LDS sex therapist, so if there's any book you should read on intimacy, it's this one.

My wife and I really learned a lot from this book. The content was exactly what we have been searching for. Much needed for both of us.

I enjoyed how easy it was for me to read this book cover to cover and understand and apply what was being taught. I could tell that the author knew what he was talking about. His experience as a sex therapist in the LDS community was clear and provided me with what I needed. It's so hard to get this kind of expertise within the LDS population!

I finally felt that there was a book that would help me understand my sexuality in a gospel manner!

This book had way more content than any other book I have found

I have had such a difficult time finding a book that gave me specific things that I could do to improve my sex life. This book exceeded my expectations. I was able to find appropriate sexual activities for my spouse and I that didn't conflict with my values.!!

I thought that it was useful to read through case examples. Some were similar to what I have been dealing with within my marriage.
