We will use the information you provide to us solely for the purpose of verifying your request and locating your data, if any, within our records. In some instances, we may ask for (and require) additional information to verify your identity before we can release the information requested. Some states, including California, allow you to opt out of the sale of your Personally Identifiable Information. Because we do not sell (as that word is defined under state law) your information, there is nothing to opt out of.
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.
You may be entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to submit a request via an authorized agent acting on your behalf. To do so, we must receive written authorization or a power of attorney, signed by you, for the agent to act on your behalf. You will still need to verify your identity directly with us.
