About Jack M. Lyon
Jack M. Lyon, previously managing editor at Deseret Book Company, is a writer and publisher and the owner of Temple Hill Books. His publications include Truth Eternal, The Prophet and the Plates, The Readable Scriptures (Book of Mormon and New Testament), The Moroni Code, The Abraham Enigma, Best-Loved Poems of the LDS People, Best-Loved Stories of the LDS People, Best-Loved Humor of the LDS People, and other books. His articles have appeared in the Ensign and in BYU Studies. At Deseret Book, he edited many volumes of The Collected Works of Hugh Nibley and The Papers of Joseph Smith, along with hundreds of other publications during a career of more than twenty-five years. He and his wife, Anne, live in West Jordan, Utah. They have four children and seven grandchildren.
